Sumarello is the dialect term used for Nero di Troia in Daunia. The long maceration on the skins gives the wine a bright and luminous red color. Sweet notes of fresh and ripe red fruit predominate on the nose, followed by spices and floral aromas that complex the bouquet. The palate is elegant, fresh and consistent with soft and silky tannins. Ideal match with grilled meats.
